The Monterey Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday December 10, 2015, at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall in Monterey, Massachusetts. The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss a zoning bylaw proposal to allow homeowners with a minimum of two acres of land and 200 feet of road frontage to build a secondary dwelling unit (SDU) of no more than 800 square feet. The text of the proposed zoning bylaw is posted on the town web site and printed copies are available at the Monterey Town Hall during regular business hours.
